6. Intellectual Property

SKIN MAX and all its components, including but not limited to:

  • Software code and architecture
  • Design, graphics, and user interface
  • Logos, trademarks, and branding
  • Documentation and content

are owned by SKIN MAX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
